3 Account Management & Security

• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting the Royel77 customer support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3–5 business days. Any eligible balance will be returned via the original payment method after a final review.

For accounts closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
